For the first time in India, we have introduced a new series of castors called 'DXMSH' Series. The strength and stability are built into this castor by use of deep drawn sheets. The clamp is made from 6mm and plate from 8mm thick sheets. The centre bolt is forged from EN-8 steels to absorb very high shock loadings and reduce wear. Smooth and reliable operation is further achieved in Swivel head by use of Ball Thrust Bearing No. 51113 and Taper Roller Bearing No. 30204. Brakes are available which lock wheel & swivel. The matching fixed castors are also available, made from 6 mm thick sheets without welding with new elegant design. These castors are ideal for industry, warehouses etc. etc.
1. In forged steel castor, balls roll over the untempered racings of the castor head. Due to friction, the racings get worn out causing the balls to fall down and the only solution is to replace the castor. On the other hand, DXMSH has bearings. Since the surface of the bearings is hardened it gives longer life to this castor.
2. In DXMSH - when the bearings of the clamp are worn out, they can be replaced and the castor can be reused thus saving a lot of cost.
3. Forged steel castor is bulky whereas DXMSH series castor is light weight, thus saves a lot of freight cost.
4. DXMSH has almost equal price as a forged steel castor.

These are medium heavy-duty castors. Entire fittings are as in DXMSH series. In swivel head, we have used Ball Thrust Bearing no 51110 and Taper Roller Bearing No. 30203. Wheel and swivel lock available.
Medium duty pressed steel castors. The clamps are made from 3.2mm to 4mm thick sheets and the plates from 3.2mm to 5mm thick sheets. Double bearings fitted in Swivel head are protected with nylon rings. Large raceways deeply embrossed and elegantly designed.
Finish : Lustre Bright Zinc Plating.
Lubrication : Through grease nipples.

3) DXM
Advantages : Smooth run, higher load carrying capacities, minimal wear under extreme conditions.
Finish : Lustre Bright Zinc Plating, Powder coating.
Applications : Industries, Hospitals, UPS, Office Furniture etc. etc.
